Don McConnell is the owner/operator of DON A. McCONNELL & ASSOCIATES.  Raised in southern California and Portland, Oregon, Don came to Washington in 1969-1970.  He attended college at the University of Puget Sound College, where he obtained his Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in business administration.  He graduated Cum Laude in his class.  He attended the University of Puget Sound Law School where he received his law degree.  He has practiced in the local area since 1986.

Mr. McConnell is an expert in criminal law cases.  He has won many high profile cases, including, but not limited to, 1° Murder cases, 1° Arson, 1° Rape cases, 1° Assault cases, and other numerous areas of the criminal law.  He also has extensive experience in Civil law, including family law, personal injury and numerous forms of civil litigation (trial practice).

He has been or is a member of NACDL; ATLA; WSTLA; Thurston County Bar Ass.; Lewis County Bar Ass.; Grays Harbor County Bar Ass.; and he has also taught and presented topics at criminal seminars and civil litigation CLE's.
